Services are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Kindly reserve as early as possible to insure that I can accommodate your needs, particularly during the holidays.

 

 

SCHEDULING SERVICES

 

NEW CLIENTS – Please contact me to schedule an INITIAL CONSULTATION prior to your intended departure.

 

ESTABLISHED CLIENTS – If I have had the pleasure of providing care for you already and you have arranged for me to retain your key,  please try to schedule my time 72 hours in advance, if possible.  If a key needs to be exchanged again, please reserve 5 days in advance, if possible. 

 

 

KEYS

 

If you know you are going to retain my services when we meet for the INITIAL CONSULTATION it is helpful if you would furnish me with a key at that time.  This time saving step is greatly appreciated. 

 

Clients who intend to employ my services repeatedly may elect to have me retain a copy of their key for future use. Please be mindful to inform me of any changed locks or security codes before scheduling future services.

 

 

 

ALL KEYS ARE STORED IN A LOCKED SAFE.

 

ALL WRITTEN PERSONAL INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND STORED IN A SECURE LOCATION.

 

 

RETURN CHECK-IN

 

I will continue to provide uninterrupted care for your pet (s) until you have notified me that you are home.  Please call or text me to verify that you have returned and that you and your pet (s) are safe.

 

 

EARLY RETURN

 

If unforeseen circumstances should result in your early return; a credit will be applied to your account for unused services or we can arrange a refund.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

Payment for contracted services is due by the first day of your scheduled service.  Payment is accepted via cash or check.  Kindly make checks payable to:  Purr-Furred Pet Care Services.

 

If additional charges arise during your absence that directly relate to your pet(s) needs, I will provide a detailed invoice for the charges.  You may mail that balance to: Purr-Furred Pet Care Services, PO Box 133, North Truro, MA 02652.

 

Unpaid balances shall be subject to a 5% finance charge 30 days from last date of service. 

 

A retuned check fee of $20.00 shall apply to all returned checks.  In the event that collection becomes necessary the client(s) shall be held responsible for any and all fees incurred by any legal procedures.
